Our strategic thinking and initiatives always start with our customers – both distributors and farmers – says Rob Dorey.

“Our job is all about animal nutrition and providing the resources to help farmers add supplements in a way that makes economic sense for them and puts more dollars in their pocket at the end of the season,” he says.

Rob believes that liquid feeds will play a key part in transforming the way cows are fed in New Zealand. He is excited about the production opportunities for farmers in balancing low cost pasture with feed supplements.

Before joining Agri-feeds in 2007 Rob’s career involved leading organisational change in forestry in both Canada and New Zealand. He has a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and a Masters in Business Administration.

Born in British Columbia, Canada, Rob and his wife Ann have four grown children. The family have lived in New Zealand for over ten years now and are all New Zealand citizens.
